This is a fast, easy low carb recipe that hits macro’s perfectly! It’s very filling and there are a ton of variations to it as well.
Ingredients: (Makes 1-2 servings) 3 Hard-boiled Eggs 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Stadium Mustard 1 tsp Dill 2 Tbsp Italian Dressing (I use Olive Garden) Bacon, chopped or bits Onion, chopped Salt & Pepper to taste
I roughly chop the eggs and just mix it all together. I honestly just egg it with a fork for lunch, but this could easily be paired with celery for dipping. This has an immense amount of flavor for being just a basic recipe. Some other variations you could try are:
- Ham instead of bacon
- Ranch instead of Italian dressing
- Chopped celery
- Adding avocado
- Or… You could turn these into deviled eggs for easier eating or a family event!
