Bacon Egg Salad


This is a fast, easy low carb recipe that hits macro’s perfectly! It’s very filling and there are a ton of variations to it as well.

(Makes 1-2 servings)
3 Hard-boiled Eggs
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Stadium Mustard
1 tsp Dill
2 Tbsp Italian Dressing (I use Olive Garden)
Bacon, chopped or bits
Onion, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

I roughly chop the eggs and just mix it all together. I honestly just egg it with a fork for lunch, but this could easily be paired with celery for dipping. This has an immense amount of flavor for being just a basic recipe. Some other variations you could try are:

  • Ham instead of bacon
  • Ranch instead of Italian dressing
  • Chopped celery
  • Adding avocado
  • Or… You could turn these into deviled eggs for easier eating or a family event!

The possibilities are endless on this one and I urge you to give it a try when you’re in a pinch for a meal.
